i just finished watching singapore idol.. it seems as if some ppl really enter just to have their 15 seconds of fame. like the stupid kungfu rapper and the cowboy with some silly accent which doesnt fit in anywhere. surprisingly, meryl (yizhe's gf) sang quite well.. i didnt even know she took part.

and just as sg idol begins, another season of american idol is coming to an end. and what a pathetically sad end. with taylor hicks in the final. i was hoping against hope that elliot and katherine would go thru. but they werent powerful enough to overcome the 'soul patrol'. argh. taylor isnt soulful! his performances are more like...vaudeville. anyway, i hope mcphee beats him this wed.

speaking of this wed, a new season of project runway is airing so dont forget to catch it on 5!
