hi everyone, i realise its been rather long since i last blogged so i shall try to write a longer entry today. i last blogged last last sunday so i'll pick up frm there.
last monday was, of course, release of results. lunched with my class at thai express. went back to sch. found out i failed hcl outside the hall. went inside and listened to mag and received the slip. passed it to hongyue cos i was too scared to look at it first. eventually plucked up enough courage to look at it. tried not to laugh at the d7. hung around. walked to rj to apply for moe scholarship before realising i couldnt. arghh. hung around summore. went to orchard with poon, shengle, ngiap, george. bought drinks and sat down in a corner of paragon basement to slack for abt 3 hours. ok, quite fun. walked to far east to eat dinner. walked back to paragon to eat dessert. went home. late.
tuesday, went out again. woke up (relatively) early to go all the way to harbourfront at 12. only to find tt there was no lunch with shengfeng. all the other idiots xcept shengle and george are late. ate at subway with melissa. went back home. went out again in the evening to orchard. og was supposed to meet at 545. cheryl said 'dont be late. i repeat DONT BE LATE.' i wasnt late. unfortunately, kaixuan was the only other person not late. finally left orchard mrt at 630 thereabouts. ended up at the soup restaurant for dinner (pls dont ask me why). ate some stuff but decided it unwise to try and be full without having to wash dishes for them. walked to goodwood to takeaway half priced cakes. while walking out, we almost walked right into the lawn. went to lido to eat and watch movie trailers. went home. late again.
wed. cant rmb much of it. ponned bio to eat and chat in the library with jeremy. stupid c.han l.ei p.ing called out our (xin ling, russell and james) names during physics cos we were sitting at the top. fencing.
thur. chem test. cmi. decided to apply for overseas attachment programme, went back with rags to ri to get the form frm j.emaliah and getting shouted at in the process. couldnt find tlai. went for lunch. came back and miraculously found tlai in her office. reprimanded us but allowed us to submit. cabbed back home. managed to make it back to rj at 430. submitted the stuff. went to macs to slack for more than an hour, finally leaving at 630.
fri. finished sch at 12. thank god no bio pract. bloody indian filth n.air (pardon me but its the best thing i can say abt her). went to watch lemony snicket's a series of unfortunate events. quite cool. i thot it was quite gd considering they had to keep to the children's story. went back for fencing. left early to eat dinner. back to sch for astro. had funn slacking for 2 hrs+
sat. sleeeeeep. church in the evening. dinner and home. more sleeep.
sun. sleep. lunch. sleep. dinner. couldnt sleep =p
mon. feesicks lect test. more crapp lessons. shengle came down to crash chem. lecture was stupid. lecturer was infinitely more stupid. made some stupid joke at james bond frm 1S03O. not funny. pe ended at 3. slacked around a while with hongyue. went to j8 to eat yoshi. went down into bishan mrt intending to go home. plan foiled when hongyue called woo chiao to inform him tt he wasnt going for the council thingy. climbed back out of the station and went all the way back to rj. slacked around for a while. went up to lt1 before finding out i couldnt go in too cos they checked id. oh well. went back to outside council room to slack with melissa for abt 2 hrs. did 1 qn of feesicks tutorial 3. denise came down. mel went off for gym. hongyue still stuck in lt1. finally managed to get himself out at 7. went home. very late.
tues. went for chem pract in the morning. skipped the rest of the lessons which included a nasty bio tutorial. counted 71 marks and i knew i wasnt going to finish it anytime soon. went out to buy shoes. very nice pair of dunks at a discounted price. its a wmns shoe tho, v embarrassing having to ask to try a pair of wmns shoes. plus had to ask for the largest size. went back to j8 to slack with aloy and denise cos couldnt go home too early. aloy didnt want to eat lunch cos he was saving money for txtbks. -_- waited a long while for qi'en. finally left bishan at 5.
wed. today. double feesicks tutorial. got her to give us a 15 min break. bio lect where james fell asleep, head tilted to one side. frm where jeanne teh stood, it looked like he was leaning on my shoulder. she mentioned it to the whole bloody lt. well done. james officially acquired title of most mentioned person in trip sci lects. 3 times in a week. ponned stupid feesicks. went to j8 to slack and eat. joined mox (moks) and denise to go to moe. briefing blah blah yadda yadda. home early! sleeep. dinner. blogging.
ok frm this brief record of slightly over a week in the sixteenth year of my life, i believe u can identify a few patterns.
1) there is no day without slacking. yupz, im a superr slackerrrrr.
2) weekends are meant for sleeeeeping. yes, simply heavenly.
unfortunately, there is an anomaly present in the presence of slacking in every day. last wed, there was little to no slacking carried out. this is probably due to the fact that all rules were observed (ie. no lectures and cca were ponned). a suggestion for improvement is to pon lects or go late for fencing so as to miss warmup in order to free up more time for slacking.
as u can see, i have mastered skill B. all tt remains is the 71 mark tutorial. gahhhhh. screw bio. no wonder ppl in my class want to change to pcme. gd luck to them, tho i think need it more. hopefully, thru some miracle, my bio tutor will change nxt term. or perhaps in time for fridays pract would be better.
